These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PaFiesta (the "Site"), a marketplace that connects people planning weddings, quinceañeras, and other celebrations ("Visitors") with independent businesses that offer event services ("Vendors"). By using the Site, creating a Vendor account, or submitting a form on the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
PaFiesta helps Visitors discover Vendors and helps Vendors list their businesses. We are not a party to, and do not guarantee, any agreement, booking, or transaction between a Visitor and a Vendor. Vendors are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or partners of PaFiesta. We do not control the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of Vendor listings, and we are not responsible for the products or services Vendors provide.
If you create a Vendor account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information about your business and to keep it up to date. We may review, approve, suspend, or remove any Vendor listing at our discretion — for example, if it appears fraudulent, violates these Terms, or receives credible complaints.
By submitting photos, descriptions, reviews, or any other content to the Site, you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant PaFiesta a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site for the purpose of operating the marketplace. You're responsible for the content you submit — please don't post anything false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful. Reviews should reflect a genuine experience.
Please don't use the Site to scrape or copy Vendor data at scale, impersonate someone else, send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through our inquiry forms, upload malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation.
The Site and its listings are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate and the Site running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or up to date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaFiesta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your dealings with a Vendor or Visitor you connected with through the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
