This Privacy Policy explains what personal information PaFiesta collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to Visitors browsing the Site and to Vendors who create a listing with us.
Vendor account information: your business name, contact name, email, phone, password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text), city/state, description, pricing, social links, and any photos or videos you upload.
Inquiries and reviews: when you request a quote from a Vendor or leave a review, we collect the name, contact details, and message you provide, and pass the inquiry along to the relevant Vendor so they can respond to you.
Contact form submissions: your name, email, and message when you contact us directly.
Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, a security cookie used to protect forms from forgery, and a cookie that remembers your language preference (English/Spanish) and whether you have dismissed our cookie notice. See our Cookie Policy for details.
We use this information to operate the marketplace: showing Vendor listings to Visitors, delivering inquiries and review submissions to the right Vendor, keeping you signed in to your Vendor account, responding to contact requests, and maintaining the security and performance of the Site. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
When you submit an inquiry or a review to a Vendor, the contact details and message you provide are shared with that Vendor so they can respond — that's the purpose of the form. Vendor profile information (business name, description, photos, pricing, reviews) is public and shown to anyone browsing the Site. We may also share information where required by law, or with service providers who help us run the Site (such as our hosting provider), under obligations to keep it confidential.
Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing, never in plain text. Forms are protected against cross-site request forgery, and all data is stored in a database that is not directly accessible from the internet. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
We keep Vendor account and listing information for as long as the account is active, and inquiry/review/contact submissions for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose they were submitted for, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
You can review and update your Vendor profile at any time from your dashboard. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — including closing a Vendor account — by emailing us at hello@pafiesta.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; we'll honor applicable requests to the extent required.
PaFiesta is intended for adults planning celebrations and for business owners, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
