Frequently Asked Questions

What is PaFiesta?

PaFiesta is a bilingual online marketplace that connects families in the United States with wedding and quinceañera vendors — including photographers, venues, caterers, DJs, and florists — who understand Hispanic and Latino traditions and celebrate in both English and Spanish.

Is PaFiesta free for couples and families planning an event?

Yes. Browsing vendors, viewing pricing ranges and reviews, and sending inquiries through PaFiesta is completely free for anyone planning a wedding, quinceañera, or other celebration.

How much does it cost for a vendor to list their business on PaFiesta?

Creating a vendor listing on PaFiesta is currently free while the marketplace grows. Any future paid plans will be announced to vendors in advance before being introduced.

What kinds of vendors can I find on PaFiesta?

PaFiesta lists venues, photographers, caterers, florists, DJs, planners, hair and makeup artists, musicians, decorators, transportation companies, cake and dessert makers, and party favor and gift vendors — all searchable by category, city, and price range.

What does the "Verified" badge on a vendor listing mean?

A "Verified" badge means the PaFiesta team has reviewed that vendor's account and confirmed it belongs to a real, active business. Vendors can request verification from their dashboard at any time.

How do I contact a vendor I find on PaFiesta?

Every vendor profile has a "Request a Quote" form. Fill in your name, contact information, event type, and date, and your message goes directly to that vendor — most respond within a day or two.

Does PaFiesta serve cities outside of California?

PaFiesta is actively expanding to new cities as vendors join. Use the city filter on the Find Vendors page to see which areas currently have active vendor listings, or check back as the marketplace grows.

How do I list my business on PaFiesta as a vendor?

Go to the "List Your Business" page and create a free account. You can then add your business description in English and/or Spanish, upload photos, set your price range and service area, and start receiving inquiries — your listing goes live once a PaFiesta admin reviews and approves it.

Why isn't my new vendor listing showing up on the site yet?

New vendor accounts are reviewed by a PaFiesta admin before they appear publicly — this usually happens quickly. You can keep building your profile in your dashboard while you wait, and preview exactly how your public listing will look.

Are the reviews on PaFiesta real?

Reviews are submitted by couples and families directly on a vendor's public page, and each one is checked by a PaFiesta admin before it is published, to keep the marketplace's ratings trustworthy.
